LEVEL 1: MVTs

  1. Complete your 80/20 analysis to identify your 'MVTs'
  2. Create a 'Default Diary' for all your (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) MVTs
  3. Plan 1-3 'MVTs' every day

LEVEL 2: GOALS & PROJECTS

  1. Clarify your 3 priority goals or projects for the quarter
  2. Turn each into '5 Main Moves'
  3. Commit all your 'Main Moves' into your planning tool

LEVEL 3: WELLBEING & RECOVERY

  1. Identify your top 5 'Energisers'
  2. Identify your 10 'Priority Relationships'
  3. Create a 'Default Diary' (every day, week, month) for your energisers and relationships
